Welcome to TheVIDCooker. By accessing our website or using our video editing services, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
1. Services
TheVIDCooker provides professional video editing and related services, including but not limited to:
- Short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
- YouTube video editing
- Podcast editing
- Motion graphics and 2D animations
All services are delivered based on the package, scope, and timeline agreed upon before the project begins.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, clients must:
- Provide all required raw files, assets, brand guidelines, and instructions on time
- Ensure they own or have permission to use all submitted content
- Respond to feedback or revision requests within a reasonable timeframe
Delays in providing materials may affect the delivery schedule.
3. Revisions Policy
Each package includes a specific number of revisions, as agreed during the order process.
- Revisions apply only to the original project scope
- Major changes outside the original scope may require additional fees
- Requests after final approval may be treated as a new project
4. Payments & Refunds
- All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed
- Payments are non-refundable once work has started
- No refunds for completed or partially completed projects
If a project is canceled after work has begun, no refund will be provided.
5. Delivery & Turnaround Time
Delivery timelines depend on project complexity, selected package, and client responsiveness. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
TheVIDCooker is not responsible for delays caused by late feedback or missing materials.
6. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Full rights to the final edited video are transferred after full payment
- TheVIDCooker may display completed work in its portfolio or social media, unless requested otherwise in writing
Editable project files are not included unless explicitly agreed upon.
7. Content Restrictions
We do not accept or edit content that includes:
- Illegal activities
- Hate speech or harassment
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material
- Copyright-infringing content
8. Limitation of Liability
TheVIDCooker shall not be liable for loss of revenue, data, or business, or for platform-related issues such as content removal or account strikes.
We do not guarantee views, engagement, or performance results.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if these terms are violated, payments are not made, or communication becomes abusive.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.
